Job SummaryWe are seeking a Mid-Level Architect with hospitality experience to join our Singapore studio.
The ideal candidate has 4–7 years of professional experience and has worked on hotel or resort projects through at least concept and design development stages.
This role requires strong design thinking, technical coordination and the ability to work closely with both internal teams and external consultants.
Key Responsibilities- Support and contribute to architectural design concepts for hotel and resort projects
- Develop design proposals from concept through design development
- Produce detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD
- Assist in master planning and site planning studies where required
- Prepare presentation materials using InDesign and Photoshop
- Develop 3D models using Sketch Up (or equivalent)
- Coordinate with interior design and technical teams
- Liaise with consultants, operators and clients as needed
- Ensure documentation accuracy and adherence to project timelines
- Support site coordination and respond to technical queries when required
- 4–7 years of professional architectural experience
- Experience in hospitality projects (hotels or resorts preferred)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD
- Proficiency in Sketch Up, InDesign and Photoshop
- Clear and professional English communication skills
- Strong understanding of architectural detailing and coordination
- Experience working on resort or remote-location projects
- Exposure to master planning or site-responsive design
- Experience coordinating with international consultants
- Strong organisational and time management skills
