36 clinical hours plus 4 admin hours per week
Clinic hours 9 am - 5 pm
Phone-only call with nurse practitioner first call coverage
Patient census of 20 - 25 per day
FQHC with 7 locations in Northern Kentucky
Board-certified or board-eligible required
