  Monday–Friday for any after‑school program that needs a substitute

• Support daily program operations and provide leadership across multiple sites as needed.
• Supervise and support staff, enrichment providers, and volunteers.
• Provide ratio coverage and substitute support for regional sites.
• Ensure safe, engaging, and high‑quality learning environments for children.
• Support curriculum implementation, enrichment activities, and positive behavior practices.
• Maintain compliance with licensing, STARS/SUTQ, accreditation, and grant requirements.
• Oversee documentation, incident reporting, budgets, invoices, and program resources.
• Support staff training, coaching, and professional development goals.
• Build positive relationships with schools, families, staff, and community partners.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, teamwork, and cultural responsiveness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Some post‑secondary education preferred.
• Previous experience working with children preferred.

• Lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to bend, move frequently, and walk stairs.
• Ability to remain active and engaged with children throughout the day.
