Responsibilities
- faithfully serve as a member of the Staff Leadership Team
- develop and implement a strategy for Children’s Ministries
- lead the Children’s Ministry staff and volunteers
- partner with parents and other ministries
Experience in children’s ministries is required. Ministry degrees are preferred but not required. Candidates may be considered for a pastoral position if they possess appropriate theological training, ministry experience, and pastoral qualifications.
