Part - Time Instructor, Water/Wastewater Treatment - FY 2026

Responsibilities of a Part Time Water/Wastewater Treatment Instructor include but are not limited to:

• Lecture and Lab instruction for Water/Wastewater Treatment courses
• Evaluate student mastery of skills and competencies required by course outcomes
• Provide advisement to students
• Develop syllabi and course materials
• Some program and or curriculum development may be requested
• Attend staff meetings and recruitment activities as requested

• 5 Years of Water/Wastewater Treatment experience, OR
• Applied Science degree in Water/Wastewater Treatment from an accredited College/University or equivalent degree

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited College/University in Wastewater Treatment or equivalent
• Experience working with a diverse/multicultural student body and/or workforce
• Knowledge of computer classroom technologies
• Knowledge of Canvas or other Learning Management Systems

Water/Wastewater Treatment courses are generally taught at the Henderson Campus, in‑person/online and are scheduled during the day and evenings.

$925.00 per lecture credit hour. Credits will vary by semester.
