A leading chemical solutions provider is seeking a Packaging/Reliability Engineer in Florence, Kentucky, to develop and optimize manufacturing processes for chemical products. This role requires collaboration across teams to ensure compliance with safety standards and improve efficiency. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 3+ years in process engineering within chemical manufacturing, complemented by knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma practices.

A competitive salary range of $75,900 to $126,500 is offered, plus bonuses.
