• Identify and win new opportunities while expanding existing accounts.
• Lead technical programs: monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize treatment systems for performance and efficiency.
• Build strong relationships: serve as a trusted advisor to operations, engineering, and procurement teams.
• Own account success: manage revenue, pricing, contracts, and customer satisfaction.
• Deliver results: present insights, drive improvements, and support customers in achieving operational goals.
• Champion safety & compliance across all customer sites.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of chemical experience within an industrial setting.
• Strong hands‑on troubleshooting and mechanical skills.
• Proven ability to build customer relationships and grow accounts.
• Excellent communication and technical reporting skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
