an Car Wash, we’re developing new sites across Northeast Ohio—and your work will help bring them to life.
We are seeking a CAD Intern to support real estate development and construction projects across our growing footprint in Northeast Ohio. This role offers hands‑on exposure to how projects move from concept to design to approval and ultimately to construction.
This is not a passive internship. Your work will contribute directly to active development projects.
What You’ll Do- Create and revise CAD drawings for new car wash developments
- Translate redlines into accurate, production‑ready drawings
- Assist with site layouts, tunnel configurations, and equipment placement, shop drawings
- Maintain organized drawing files and version control
- Execute revisions efficiently across multiple active projects
Your work will be used in real projects—not completed for practice.
What We’re Looking For- Proficiency in AutoCAD (required)
- Currently pursuing a degree in design engineering (Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or a related field)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to take direction and execute with speed
- Comfortable working independently after initial onboarding
