Job Overview

1. Decompose and formulate KPI goals based on departmental objectives and business modules under jurisdiction. Develop feasible plans to achieve these goals and promote their implementation and attainment.

2. Manage specific business modules within the department, including reporting to superior leaders, personal performance management, new cable construction of new factories, planning and upgrading factory capacity, CAPEX budget management, digital construction of factories, and implementing lean management. Specific responsibilities include:

① Early process: cutting and changing, manpower streamlining, capacity improvement, and equipment utilization rate.
② Later process: cutting and changing, manpower streamlining, capacity improvement, and equipment utilization rate.
③ Lean improvement: planning the IE department's lean operation system, conducting VSM analysis of value streams, and planning on-site improvement projects.
④ CAPEX budget management: organizing and compiling the annual CAPEX budget, preparing CAPEX monthly reports, and managing project budget applications and allocations.

3. Promote strategic improvement and innovation projects within jurisdiction, including capacity improvement, human efficiency improvement, SMED rapid change, VSM value flow improvement, layout optimization, cost improvement, production line logistics optimization, lean improvement, OEE equipment efficiency improvement, and horizontal project implementation.

4. Supervise the achievement of personal KPI goals, coordinate internal and external project team resources, and resolve difficulties in project promotion.

5. Conduct job responsibilities and professional skills training for engineers, and develop training manuals or record training courses for relevant tasks.

6. Liaise with headquarters on specific business matters, understand changes and optimization measures for important process equipment at headquarters, and evaluate the necessity of their implementation.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering and automation, management science and engineering or related fields.
  • At least 5 years working experience, project experience in new plant construction or equipment development is preferred
  • Proficient in industrial engineering, human factors engineering, lean production, project management and other related knowledge;
  • Proficient in IE improvement techniques;
  • Proficient in using CAD, EXCEL, PowerPoint and other office software
  • Professional proficiency in English sufficient to perform technical documentation, safety communication, and collaboration.

    Physical Requirements
  • Regular, predictable on-site attendance is an essential function of this role.
  • Ability to move throughout offices, manufacturing facilities, and construction areas, including walking, standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing stairs or ladders.
  • Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 25–50 pounds, with occasional heavier lifting as required, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Ability to work in varied environments, including offices, industrial, and construction settings.
  • Willingness to travel to other job sites as business needs require.
