Job Title:
Process Engineer

Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite
Duration: 6 12+ Months
Job Duties:
- Support pharmaceutical process scale-up, technology transfer, process validation, and commercial manufacturing readiness.
- Serve as a technical lead across development and commercialization activities.
- Support manufacturing process development, batch documentation, and validation campaigns.
- Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Development, and external teams to establish and improve manufacturing processes.
- Identify process risks, troubleshoot technical challenges, and drive mitigation activities.
- Support product launches, process improvements, CAPAs, and lifecycle management initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related scientific discipline.
- Experience with pharmaceutical process validation.
- Experience with technology transfer, process scale-up, manufacturing support, and batch record development.
- Strong leadership, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
