SummarySeeking a mid-level Automation Engineer to support the design, integration, commissioning, qualification, and operation of automated warehouse and packaging systems within a GMP-regulated manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities- Support automated packaging lines, ASRS, AGVs, and warehouse automation systems.
- Support commissioning, qualification, validation, and startup activities.
- Work with PLC, HMI/SCADA, robotics, controls, and integrated automation systems.
- Coordinate with Quality, CSV, Manufacturing, Warehouse, IT/OT, and automation vendors.
- Support automation documentation, system testing, troubleshooting, and operational readiness.
- Engineering degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Automation, or related discipline.
- Hands‑on industrial automation experience in a GMP/GxP environment.
- Experience with PLC/HMI/SCADA platforms such as Allen‑Bradley, Siemens, RSView, or Panel View.
- Experience with robotics and automated material-handling systems.
- ASRS and AGV experience strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of commissioning, qualification, validation, CSV, and 21 CFR Part 11.
- Understanding of industrial networking and IT/OT integration.
