Day Air Credit Union is seeking a Financial Center Manager based in Troy, Ohio.

Responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team while fostering a professional, member-focused service environment. Oversees daily branch operations, including deposits, withdrawals, loans, and loan payments, ensuring efficiency and a seamless member experience. Emphasizes building strong, lasting relationships with members through a culture of service excellence and trust. Actively engages in community outreach and business development efforts to strengthen local partnerships, promote financial well-being, and enhance the organization's presence within the community.

Day Air Credit Union is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Special Services Representative I to join our Special Services team.

This role is responsible for managing and resolving delinquent consumer loan and credit card accounts, as well as supporting the recovery of loan losses through the timely processing of insurance claims, including those related to death, disability, and collateral protection. The position requires a high level of professionalism in handling sensitive financial information, along with strong communication skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to navigate complex situations with accuracy and discretion.

Training is provided to assist you in learning about all of the products and services offered by Day Air. With this knowledge, you will help our Members via phone to enhance their financial well-being by offering appropriate products and services to meet Members' needs, and conduct financial transactions.

A high school diploma, prior customer service and/or sales experience, and the desire to help others are required for the position.
