As a Medical Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clinical team. From assisting with patient care to managing medical records and preparing exam rooms, your contributions will directly impact patient experience and outcomes. We're looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and eager to grow in a clinical environment.

• Greet and escort patients to exam rooms; obtain and record vital signs and medical histories.
• Prepare examination rooms and assist physicians with exams, procedures, and treatments.
• Administer medications as directed by providers.
• Perform routine lab tests and basic in-office procedures.
• Schedule patient appointments and coordinate follow-up care.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
• Monitor and manage medical supply inventory.
• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth clinic operations.

• Certification from a Medical Assisting Program (MA, RMA, CMA, or CCMA) - Required
• Experience working in a busy specialty medical practice - Preferred.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to travel to multiple office locations.

• Full-time,
  Monday–Friday schedule
• No nights, weekends, or on-call shifts
• 10 paid holidays
