We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Night Shift Caregiver to join our team.

As a Night Shift Caregiver, you will provide essential support and assistance to clients during the night hours. Your role will involve ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of those in your care while monitoring their health and assisting with various daily activities. This position requires a compassionate individual who can work independently and effectively communicate with the healthcare team and family members.

• Provide personal care services including assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Monitor the health and well-being of clients, reporting any changes to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure client safety and comfort.
• Prepare light meals or snacks as needed, catering to dietary restrictions and preferences.
• Administer medication as prescribed, ensuring adherence to proper schedules and dosages.
• Engage clients in meaningful activities and provide companionship to reduce feelings of isolation.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, including tidying living spaces and assisting with laundry.
• Document daily care activities and any significant changes in the client’s condition.
• Communicate effectively with family members and the healthcare team regarding client needs and concerns.

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification (CNA, HHA, etc.) preferred.
• Previous experience in caregiving, healthcare, or related field is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate nature.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Basic first aid and CPR certification preferred.
• Must pass background checks and drug screening.
• Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.

• Ability to lift and move clients safely, using proper body mechanics.
• Capacity to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
• Must have good vision and hearing to provide optimal care.
