** Monday-Friday, varying shifts between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM; rotating weekends 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM

* As a Patient Services Representative II, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care while ensuring the accurate collection and processing of specimens. Your work directly supports quality diagnostic testing and helps patients receive timely healthcare insights.

** What You'll Do*
* + Collect blood specimens through venipuncture, capillary, pediatric, and geriatric collections

+ Prepare and process specimens for laboratory testing following established procedures

+ Verify patient identification and ensure accurate specimen labeling and documentation

+ Perform clinical and forensic specimen collection and processing as required

+ Deliver outstanding customer service while creating a positive and professional patient experience

+ Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements

+ Work independently in a high-volume environment while managing multiple priorities

** What We're Looking For*
* + A current, up-to-date resume

+ High school diploma or equivalent required

+ 1-3 years of phlebotomy experience including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections

+ Pediatric phlebotomy experience required

+ Strong customer service and patient interaction skills

+ Keyboard and data entry proficiency

+ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

+ Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to other locations as needed

+ Flexibility to work weekends, overtime, and varying schedules based on business needs

+ Ability to meet compliance requirements

+ Must be eligible and provide proof of eligibility to work in the US
