• Serve as the ultimate ambassador and steward of the Palm Heights brand, ensuring every guest touchpoint reflects the property's distinct positioning and creative point of view.
• Champion a culture of genuine hospitality, hyper‑personalized service, and memorable, story‑worthy experiences.
• Curate and evolve programming, partnerships, and collaborations that keep Palm Heights culturally relevant.
• Build meaningful relationships with guests, taste makers, and industry partners; act as the visible face of the property within the global luxury lifestyle community.
• Uphold and evolve the unique identity, atmosphere, and creative vision that distinguish Palm Heights from traditional luxury resorts.

• Treat food & beverage as a core pillar of the Palm Heights identity - developing destination restaurants, bars, and culinary moments that stand on their own within the global hospitality market.
• Attract, inspire, and retain exceptional culinary and beverage talent.
• Design guest experiences, events, and residencies that elevate the property's cultural relevance and guest loyalty.

• Develop and execute business strategies that drive profitability while preserving the property's boutique, culture‑led appeal.
• Identify opportunities to enhance brand visibility, guest loyalty, and market positioning.
• Deliver sustainable revenue growth through exceptional guest experiences, programming, and operational excellence.

• Provide leadership across food and beverage, events, guest services, and resort operations, ensuring seamless execution of luxury service standards.
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, including labor management and revenue optimization.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement while maintaining the intimate and personalized nature of the Palm Heights experience.

• Recruit, mentor, and develop exceptional hospitality professionals.
• Foster a team culture that reflects Palm Heights' values of creativity, excellence, authenticity, and collaboration.
• Inspire teams to consistently exceed guest expectations and deliver service that is warm, distinctive, and considered.

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years' experience within boutique luxury, lifestyle, or design‑led hospitality environments.
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing luxury hotel, resort, restaurant, beach club, private members club, or lifestyle hospitality operations.
• Proven success leading - or meaningfully shaping - independent luxury brands or destination‑driven hospitality concepts.
• Demonstrated experience creating destination food & beverage programs and cultural programming.
• Experience serving discerning, high‑net‑worth, and culturally engaged clientele.
• A deep, personal connection to the luxury lifestyle sectors - hospitality, wellness, fashion, art, culinary, and experiential travel.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and revenue optimization.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MICROS, and Opera.
