Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support plant operations in an onsite manufacturing environment. This role will partner closely with managers and employees on employee relations, talent development, safety, compliance, benefits, and other HR initiatives while helping drive a positive and engaged workplace culture.

  Partner with managers and supervisors on employee relations, retention, performance management, and HR initiative

• .Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee development programs
• .Administer benefits, payroll, compensation, HR systems, and employee record
  s while maintaining confidentiality and compliance
• .Oversee safety, OSHA compliance, workers’ compensation, training, and safety committee activitie
  s
• .Analyze HR data and trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and employee engagement

  Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred, with 2+ years of relevant HR experien
