How You’ll Create Possibilities- Drive the entire employee life cycle with Workday HR transactions: from new hires to exits
- Showcase your passion for data integrity, accuracy, and meticulous attention to detail
- Be our in-house expert on Workday HR and its downstream impacts
- Provide support to HR Managers with adhoc reports
- Design compelling reports, dashboards, and scorecards
- Ensure compliance by working on internal audit reports to ensure all government and GE Appliances rules & regulations are met
- Be the change maker by identifying and implementing process improvements
- High school diploma or GED, with a minimum of 2 years in administrative, data entry, customer service, or accounting roles
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and v-look ups
- Proficiency in web-based applications
- Flexibility and readiness to embrace change
- Stellar customer service and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven analytical ability and organizational skills
- Experience with union/non-union employees
- Associate’s degree in Business, HR, Psychology, or related field
- Workday HCM (Human Capital Management) application experience
