Great Lakes Cheese is seeking an HR Supervisor to support the HR Manager by overseeing day-to-day HR operations and supervising the plant HR Generalists and HR Specialists. This role ensures consistent execution of HR programs, employee relations processes, workforce engagement initiatives, and compliance across the plant.
In support of a 24/7 operation, this role will serve as a back-up to the HR Manager helping ensure continuity of HR services.
