Compensation:

Base salary + bonuses + uncapped commission

Year 1: $65K-$90K

Year 2: $100K+

Year 3 Avg: $245K

What you’ll do:

Train directly under top-performing recruiting leaders(top 1% in the nation)
Build relationships with executives in the construction & manufacturing industries
Prospect through calls, email, and networking
Develop quickly into a full Executive Recruiter (typically within 1-3 months)

What we’re looking for:

Strong communication skills
Competitive, driven mindset
Interest in sales, recruiting, or business development
Comfortable using Excel and Word

This role is probably NOT a fit if:

You’re looking for a low-pressure environment
You’re uncomfortable making phone calls
You’re motivated primarily by stability over growth

No recruiting experience required.
