The AWS Cloud Logistics team seeks a dynamic Supply Chain professional to spearhead operational excellence through innovative network optimization, process enhancement initiatives, and new business solutions.

• Drive Continuous Improvement
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors
• Identify optimization opportunities and implement sustainable solutions
• Lead data analysis and reporting; extract data from multiple database systems
• Monitor key business performance metrics and generate actionable insights from complex datasets
• Provide strategic decision support and make data‑driven recommendations
• Develop performance improvement strategies and develop implemented standardized processes
• Cross‑functional leadership; collaborate with supply chain teams and build strong partnerships across the organization
• Project management – lead medium to large‑scale initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives

• 2+ years of program, project or product management, or leading product implementation experience
• 6+ years of related industry experience
• 8+ years of data analysis using tools such as Excel, Pivot Tables, SQL, Tableau, or equivalent experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in high-volume manufacturing operations or sourcing environments
• Experience with Continuous Improvement and Six Sigma methodologies
• Experience in global supply chain management, managing cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced consumer electronics product company

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience in data centers, infrastructure service providers, or related technology companies
• Experience in negotiations with global suppliers with a proven track record in cost reduction
• Experience in procurement practices working with engineering, supply chain and Tier 1 OEM partners

The base pay for this position ranges from $133,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $220,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Depending on the position offered, equity, sign‑on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
