OverviewAWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. In other words, we’re the people who keep the cloud running. We support all AWS data centers and all of the servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment that ensure our customers have continual access to the innovation they rely on. The AWS Cloud Logistics team seeks a dynamic Supply Chain professional to spearhead operational excellence through innovative network optimization, process enhancement initiatives, and new business solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Drive Continuous Improvement
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Identify optimization opportunities and implement sustainable solutions
- Lead data analysis and reporting; extract data from multiple database systems
- Monitor key business performance metrics and generate actionable insights from complex datasets
- Provide strategic decision support and make data‑driven recommendations
- Develop performance improvement strategies and develop implemented standardized processes
- Cross‑functional leadership; collaborate with supply chain teams and build strong partnerships across the organization
- Project management – lead medium to large‑scale initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives
- 2+ years of program, project or product management, or leading product implementation experience
- 6+ years of related industry experience
- 8+ years of data analysis using tools such as Excel, Pivot Tables, SQL, Tableau, or equivalent experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in high-volume manufacturing operations or sourcing environments
- Experience with Continuous Improvement and Six Sigma methodologies
- Experience in global supply chain management, managing cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced consumer electronics product company
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience in data centers, infrastructure service providers, or related technology companies
- Experience in negotiations with global suppliers with a proven track record in cost reduction
- Experience in procurement practices working with engineering, supply chain and Tier 1 OEM partners

The base pay for this position ranges from $133,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $220,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Depending on the position offered, equity, sign‑on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
