Senior IT Operations Specialist; E-mobility

, is looking for an experienced and skilled Senior IT Operations Specialist (E-mobility). • Configuring, managing, and maintaining the IT infrastructure, including enterprise software, cloud services, and network devices, in compliance with regulatory frameworks and business needs.
• Developing and maintaining business reports using tools like SQL Reporting Services and Crystal Reports to facilitate decision-making.
• Maintaining comprehensive and accurate documentation of IT processes, configurations, and workflows to ensure operational transparency and consistency.
• Overseeing the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, software, and networks to ensure stability and performance.
• Participating actively in the implementation and management of IT projects, such as system upgrades, migrations, and the adoption of new technologies.
• Collaborating closely with other IT team members and business departments to support daily operations and achieve organizational objectives.
• Ensuring IT operations comply with all relevant regulatory frameworks and policies, and efficiently resolving technical support requests.

• A University/College or Technological Educational Institute Degree (Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ / Κολλεγίου ή ΤΕΙ) in Computer Science or Technology Studies is required
• 5+ years of relevant experience in IT operations and systems management
• Advanced computer knowledge, including word processing, spreadsheets, internet services, and presentations
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices is a big plus
• Experience in electromobility projects within related industries
• Experience with scripting and automation tools (e.g., Power Shell, Bash) for IT operations
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or Google Cloud
• Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java, Python) and SQL
• Experience with MySQL databases, including installation, administration, and optimization
• eMobility systems and technologies, including electric vehicle charging infrastructure and management platforms
