• Perform user and access administration on designated systems and applications in accordance with policies, standards, and procedures.
• Administer system security on technology platforms, including operating systems, applications, and network security devices, following industry best practices and vendor guidelines.
• Install and configure security systems and applications, including policy assessment tools, network security appliances, and host‑based security systems.
• Conduct threat and vulnerability assessments, recommend remedial action, and ensure protection against known and potential threats.
• Diagnose and resolve security problems and failures.
• Collate security incident and event data to produce monthly exception and management reports.
• Process user access and change requests, escalating as appropriate.
• Report unresolved network security exposures and non‑compliance using defined escalation processes.
• Assist and train junior team members on security tools, report preparation, and issue resolution.
• Develop and maintain documentation for security systems and procedures.
• Research, recommend, evaluate, and implement information security solutions to protect against potential threats and respond to security violations.
• Support Windows and AD issue tickets (ITSM), act as escalation point for Windows, AD, Azure Security issues, and support regional and global IT projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5 to 7 years of combined IT and security work experience with exposure to systems analysis, application development, database design, and administration; 8+ years supporting Active Directory operations.
• Strong knowledge of security policies, frameworks (ISO 27002, NIST, COBIT, COSO, ITIL), and threat/vulnerability management.
• Technical proficiency with security‑related systems and applications, especially Windows/AD, Azure AD, network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls) and TCP/IP.
• Experience in developing, documenting, and maintaining security procedures and incident response.
• Ability to assess security safeguards and handle intermediate‑level incidents and moderate‑threat intrusions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to collect requirements and deliver enterprise‑level solutions.

• 10 years as an Information Security/Windows Systems Administrator or equivalent.
• Experience in managing a large enterprise distributed computing environment, multi‑domain forest, and Microsoft Windows OS infrastructure.
• Azure AD permissions and trust relationships management.
• Radius Server support (Microsoft Network Policy Server).
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+ preferred.
