Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dynamic Polish Speaking Consultant to join our SaaS & Cloud Computing Department. In this exciting role, you will provide expert guidance and support to Polish-speaking clients as they navigate our Software as a Service (SaaS) and cloud computing solutions. Your role will be essential in helping clients understand the benefits and functionalities of our offerings, ensuring they achieve success in their cloud journey.
With a focus on customer satisfaction, you will conduct training sessions, troubleshoot issues, and provide tailored solutions that align with client needs. Your expertise will empower clients to make informed decisions regarding cloud computing technologies and maximize the value of their investments.
Responsibilities- Assist Polish-speaking clients with inquiries related to SaaS and cloud computing products
- Provide comprehensive product demonstrations and training to enhance client knowledge
- Troubleshoot technical issues and offer prompt resolutions
- Document client interactions and maintain accurate logs of support requests
- Collaborate with internal teams to relay client feedback and contribute to product improvements
- Keep abreast of industry trends and update clients on new features and enhancements
- Fluency in Polish and English, both written and verbal
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, focusing on customer service excellence
- Basic understanding of SaaS and cloud computing concepts is preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Experience in customer support or consulting is advantageous but not required
- A passion for technology and eagerness to learn about cloud solutions is essential
