Senior IT Operations Administrator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage day-to-day IT operations for the E-Mobility sector, supporting the overall digital strategy
• Monitor, plan, and report on IT project progress from initiation through implementation
• Provide administrative support for IT operations, including documentation management, report preparation, and meeting coordination
• Manage relationships with vendors and external partners for IT service procurement and maintenance
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business teams and external entities to ensure project success
• Analyze operational data and prepare project reports, including backlog tracking and decision support materials
• Manage departmental resources and optimize processes to enhance operational performance and continuity

• Degree:
  Bachelor's in STEM or Business-related field (e.g., Technology, Informatics, Economics)

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in coordination or related roles
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders
• Familiarity with project management tools/software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Jira)
• Experience using Service Now
• Familiarity with the E-Mobility sector
