This exciting Entry Level position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about technology and eager to provide outstanding customer service to our German-speaking clients. You will play a critical role in ensuring that our users have a fantastic experience with our cutting-edge virtual and augmented reality products.
In this role, you will be responsible for responding to client inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and offering guidance on our innovative solutions. Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to German-speaking clients via email, chat, and phone
- Assist clients with inquiries regarding virtual and augmented reality products
- Troubleshoot technical problems and offer effective solutions
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and feedback
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex client issues
- Stay updated on the latest trends in virtual and augmented reality technologies
- Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Basic knowledge of virtual reality and augmented reality technologies is preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
- Able to manage multiple tasks and uphold efficiency
- Experience in customer service or technical support is a plus
- Passion for technology and eagerness to learn about AR/VR developments
