V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring a QA /Release Manager IV for our premier client in Virtual, Ohio.

• Develop software quality test plans and test cases, and set and maintain the standards for Software Quality Assurance test documentation.
• Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive test plans to ensure software requirements are met.
• Maintain a high degree of error-free programs, procedures, systems, and documentation on all software application releases.
• Anticipate potential software problems by creating exhaustive test scenarios and comprehensive testing.
• ETL Testing.
• Document all testing results in conjunction with test plans.
• Identify and analyze defects/test results and deduce the chain of events leading to a failure.
• Identify areas for test improvement through analysis, experience, and metrics.
• Communicate critical issues and status updates in a timely manner.
• Educate and train peers and subordinates on the QA process and provide guidance.
• Provide coaching to the QA team and contribute to developing, documenting, and implementing QA processes and procedures to improve quality methods.
• Create, implement, maintain, and enhance test plans, test scripts, and test methodologies to ensure exhaustive testing across software systems.

• Experience managing integrated environments across multiple platforms (not just Salesforce).
• Strong understanding of multi-system environments and Agile Release Train (ART) coordination.
• Familiarity with release management tools, scheduling, and dependency tracking.
• Ability to oversee code changes, configuration updates, and deployments across diverse systems.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills for cross-team coordination.
