Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to offer an opportunity for a Hungarian Speaking Consultant in our Client's IT Support & Cybersecurity Solutions Department for one of our esteemed clients. This Entry Level position is designed for individuals eager to assist our Hungarian-speaking clients in navigating their IT challenges and improving their cybersecurity posture.
In this role, you will be a key player in providing exceptional technical support, troubleshooting issues, and educating clients on best practices regarding cybersecurity. Your input will directly contribute to enhancing client satisfaction and ensuring they make the most of our innovative IT solutions.
Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality technical support to Hungarian-speaking clients in relation to IT support and cybersecurity solutions
- Troubleshoot a variety of IT issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolutions
- Guide clients on cybersecurity best practices and assist with the implementation of secure measures
- Facilitate training sessions to help clients understand and utilize our IT support tools
- Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and technical resolutions
- Work collaboratively with technical teams to solve complex issues and enhance service offerings
- Keep abreast of the latest trends in IT support and cybersecurity to provide informed assistance
- Proficiency in Hungarian and English with outstanding communication abilities
- Fundamental understanding of IT support principles and cybersecurity best practices is necessary
- Prior experience in a customer-facing technical support role is advantageous
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Familiarity with technical support tools and software
- Capable of clearly explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- A strong passion for technology and cybersecurity is highly valued
