Our client is seeking a Lead .NET Engineer to drive the architecture, development, and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications and APIs. This role is ideal for a visionary yet hands-on professional who thrives in building technology strategies, mentoring teams, and delivering innovative solutions that align with business goals. The successful candidate will lead engineering initiatives, shape the technical direction of projects, and foster a culture of collaboration and excellence.

• Collaborate with multinational teams and international stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and successful delivery of cross-border projects.
• Define and execute the company’s technology vision in alignment with business objectives and market trends.
• Build, mentor, and lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
• Architect scalable, secure, and maintainable web applications and APIs using .NET Core and complementary technologies.
• Oversee the complete software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to post-launch support.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (Cloud, Dev Ops, AI/ML) to maintain a competitive advantage.
• Act as the technical representative of the company with internal stakeholders, partners, and clients.
• Establish and enforce best practices for application security, data privacy, and compliance with relevant regulations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s or certifications in Azure/Agile are a plus).
• 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Expertise in .NET Core / ASP.NET Core application design and RESTful API development.
• Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and scalable system design.
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases (SQL Server, Postgre

• Familiarity with Cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS/Google Cloud optional).
• Solid understanding of Dev Ops practices (CI/CD pipelines, automation).
• Hands-on experience with testing frameworks (xUnit, NUnit, Moq, Selenium).
• Strong understanding of application security (OWASP, GDPR compliance).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proven ability to mentor, coach, and grow high-performing teams.
• Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and passion for innovation.
