• Explore customer data to understand how behaviors translate into meaningful insights.
• Translate business briefs into clear, logical rules for campaign targeting and decisioning.
• Support the setup, testing, and validation of CRM campaigns to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Collaborate with data engineers, marketers, and decisioning experts to deliver impactful customer experiences.
• Document processes and maintain data accuracy across systems.

• A degree in Computer Science
  , Data Science
  , Information Systems
  , Management Science
  , Applied Mathematics
  , Statistics
  , or another analytical field.
• Analytical mindset — you love solving problems with structure and logic.
• Attention to detail — you care about accuracy and data integrity.
• Curiosity — you want to understand how data flows and decisions are made.
• Comfort with digital tools and the ability to learn new platforms fast.
• Familiarity (even academic) with SQL

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with both technical and business teams.
