Position: Debug Trainer Technician - 402 Shift -CVG200

Job Summary

The Debug Trainer Technician will provide essential technical training and support for debugging processes on the 404 shift at our CVG
200 facility. This role focuses on ensuring production efficiency and quality through effective troubleshooting and defect analysis instruction.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for new and existing technicians on debugging methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Provide hands-on, in-depth technical support and guidance to production staff during debugging activities.
  • Analyze defect data and identify root causes of failures to continuously improve training content and production processes.
  • Create and maintain detailed training materials, including presentations, manuals, and practical exercises.
  • Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to standardize debugging procedures and enhance troubleshooting effectiveness.
  • Evaluate technician performance post-training and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Operate and maintain debug equipment and tools, ensuring their proper calibration and functionality.
  • Document all training activities, trainee progress, and debug process improvements.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Job Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering Technology, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, specifically in debugging, testing, or technical support roles.
  • Proven experience in training or mentoring others on technical subjects.
  • Strong understanding of electronic circuits, components, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Proficiency in using various debug tools, such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and logic analyzers.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to work the 404 shift (specific hours to be discussed).
  • Prior experience in the electronics manufacturing services (EMS) industry is a plus.
