Job Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Tech Support Analyst II in GAHANNA, Ohio. The role primarily involves technical troubleshooting, end‑user support, installation and configuration of software, and collaboration with vendors. You will be part of an industry that heavily relies on technology and technical expertise.

Responsibilities
  • Install, configure, and provide support for Microsoft end‑user equipment, ensuring the smooth operation of various Windows operating systems and compatible applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops, servers, networking, and software, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Conduct virus/malware removal and maintain proficiency in anti‑virus software to protect company's digital assets.
  • Provide support for end‑user peripherals, including desk phones and mobile devices, ensuring seamless communication within the organization.
  • Assist with on‑boarding and off‑boarding processes for employees, ensuring a smooth transition for incoming and outgoing staff.
  • Manage the inventory of IT equipment and software, ensuring adequate resources for all employees.
  • Collaborate with vendors to address technical issues and implement solutions.
  • Participate in on‑call rotation to provide round‑the‑clock technical support.
Qualifications
  • Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in a Tech Support Analyst role or similar IT support roles.
  • Proficiency in Windows OS and computer hardware is essential.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of LAN (Local Area Network) and WAN (Wide Area Network).
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service and handle customer inquiries professionally.
  • Must have a strong understanding of IT principles and an ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to a varied audience.
  • Strong sense of discretion and professionalism.
  • Willingness to keep up‑to‑date with the latest technologies and industry trends.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, be flexible and take on new responsibilities.
