Key Responsibilities- Act as the organization’s AI consultant and trainer, assisting team members with new and innovative uses of AI across the Government business.
- Teach AI capabilities to help with practical, real‑world examples that will materially improve efficiency, effectiveness, or performance.
- Provide guidance and expertise on prompt design, evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, relevance, hallucinations, and recommend refinements if needed.
- Help reinforce AI usage standards, guardrails, and playbooks to ensure responsible, repeatable adoption.
- Stay current on emerging AI trends, tools, and techniques, and assess their practical applicability within the Government Group.
- 3–5+ years of relevant experience in AI enablement, training, consulting, or a related field, with a demonstrated ability to apply AI tools in practical business contexts.
- Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts and hands‑on use of LLMs.
- Partnership with teams to identify their potential AI use cases or projects.
- Design and refinement of prompts for high‑quality outputs.
- Assessment of AI outputs and identification of bias, hallucinations, and data quality issues.
- Instruction of AI concepts into clear and practical guidance.
- Motivation to drive usage and confidence.
- Ambition to stay current on evolving AI tools and trends.
The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is $49.00 – $50.00/hr non‑exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including relevant skills, education and experience.
