Responsibilities
- Knowledge transfer, documentation (runbooks, playbooks, system docs), and operational gap assessment
- Comparative analysis of PPL's Pennsylvania vs. Kentucky ADMS environments
- Structured handoff to PPL support teams post-go-live
- Defect lifecycle management in coordination with internal teams and GE Vernova
- Vendor coordination, root cause analysis, and knowledge retention
- On-call support coverage during go-live window and stabilization period
Duration: ~1 year
Location:
Kentucky / Hybrid (with availability for critical support events)
Must-have for both roles:
- Ability to operate independently post-go-live
- Strong documentation and SOP development skills
