What's the Job?- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on a variety of computer systems and peripherals
- Perform repairs and upgrades to ensure systems operate efficiently and securely
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, both in person and remotely
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and service history
- Assist in the installation and configuration of new hardware and software solutions
- Proven experience in computer repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware components and operating systems
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or equivalent are preferred
