IT Support Representative needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh’s client located in Florence, KY.

The position is an onsite IT support role with standard business hours (Mon–Fri, 8:00am – 5:00pm).

• Resolves Level 1/Level 2 incidents and fulfills service requests (phone, e-mail, walk-up, self-service portal) for all end users in accordance with service level targets while delivering high-quality customer service.
• Provisions and maintains end-user computing equipment (desktop/laptop hardware, software, peripherals) in accordance with IT operations policy and procedures.
• Maintains network printers, conference room equipment, digital signs, TVs, and other miscellaneous equipment.
• Collaborates with IT Endpoint Engineering and IT Service Desk to pilot changes to image deployments involving Windows OS updates, patches, and hotfixes to end-user computers.
• Communicates planned IT maintenance requiring service outages and unplanned Incident Response notifications to Site Business Stakeholders.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Five (5) or more years’ experience in the IT industry
• Strong knowledge of Windows platforms (Windows 10, Windows 11) and networking concepts (TCP/IP)
• Hands-on knowledge of printers and copiers (HP, Xerox, Ricoh, Zebra)
• Experience working in a manufacturing or laboratory facility
• Windows Server 2019, 2022
• Mobile Device Management experience
• Project Coordination experience
• A+ certification or equivalent networking experience

• Associate’s Degree
