- Knowledge of Windows Server and Desktop Operating Systems on physical and virtual servers, Linux is a plus
- Knowledge of network protocols across LAN/WAN/VPN
Demonstrates extensive expertise in managing and enhancing complex infrastructure systems, with a strong focus on operational support, system monitoring, and technical training. Proficient in troubleshooting and maintaining core technologies, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
