Ondaro is seeking for a Service Now Technical Consultant II who translate business requirements into scalable technical implementations. This role combines strong Service Now development expertise with consultative skills to build high-quality workflows, integrations, and automations, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and timely delivery of solutions that drive business value.

• Provide technical expertise to support customer’s implementations of products developed on the Service Now platform
• Leverages knowledge and experience to deliver end-to-end automated solutions, which include technical implementation of processes, workflow customization, ticketing, process automation, report development, dashboard creation, user experience, and system configurations
• Responsible for the evaluation, recommendation, and build-out of customer requirements on the platformutilizingdefined best practices for configuration and development
• Responsible for tracking work hours andmaintainingfullutilizationas set by the organization
• Custom app design
• Custom app building
• Integrations

• 3-5 years of hands‑on experience with the Service Now platform
• 5+ years of general business or IT experience
• Proven experience with scripting in Service Now (JavaScript preferred)
• Developing experience with LDAP, SSL, SAML/SSO, and similar technologies
• Able to work independently on standard work assignments with little supervision
• Applied knowledge of Agile/Scrum/XP methodologies
• Degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field (preferred); or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• Certified System Administrator
• 1+ CIS Certifications
