Senior HR Data Analyst

• Collect, validate, and maintain HR data from HRIS, payroll, timekeeping, and other workforce data sources
• Develop and manage dashboards, reports, and scorecards for headcount, turnover, hiring, attendance, and employee retention metrics
• Analyze workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and provide actionable insights for HR and business decisions
• Create data visualizations and presentations for HR leaders and stakeholders
• Partner with HR teams and business leaders to understand reporting needs and deliver data-driven solutions
• Support workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement initiatives through data analysis and reporting
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, policy compliance, and data privacy
• Collaborate with IT and other teams to improve data quality, system integrations, and reporting processes
• Support implementation and enhancement of HR technology and analytics tools
• Respond to ad hoc reporting requests and provide analytical support for HR projects and strategic initiatives
• Share knowledge and best practices to build a data-driven culture across the HR organization

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field
• 5+ years of experience in an HR data analysis or business intelligence role, with a strong focus on HR data
• Some experience with statistical analysis software such as R or Python for predictive modeling and advanced analytics
• Strong proficiency in data and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and MS Excel
• Advanced SQL database skills for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis
• Proven experience working with HR Information Systems (HRIS) such as Workday or UKG
• Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and compliance requirements
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking, communication, presentation, attention-to-detail, and accuracy skills
• Ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical audiences
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship by Jabil
