Help individuals, families, and business owners evaluate life and health-related protection needs through thoughtful discovery, compliant recommendations, and consistent follow-up.

• Build prospects through referrals, community relationships, outbound activity, and agency leads.
• Conduct needs-based conversations and gather accurate suitability information.
• Present approved product options clearly and complete applications and documentation accurately.
• Maintain a disciplined pipeline, follow-up schedule, and client records.
• Support policy delivery, annual reviews, referrals, and long-term relationship management.
• Follow all licensing, suitability, privacy, carrier, and agency requirements.

• Active Nevada Life & Health license is preferred; candidates able to obtain licensing promptly may be considered.
• Consultative sales, financial-services, benefits, healthcare, or customer-service experience is helpful.
• Strong communication, integrity, organization, and persistence.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.

• Competitive base, draw, or other compensation structure based on experience and role design.
• Commission and performance incentive opportunities may be offered under the agency compensation plan.
• Training, PTO, paid holidays, and benefits may be available to eligible full-time employees, subject to plan terms.
