Facility Assistant

Duties and Responsibilities

• Slot items in the pick faces in the most efficient order for pick up
• Ensure that pick slips and reports are printed in a timely fashion
• Maintain an inventory of supplies, order shipping supplies as necessary, and coordinate delivery of supplies within the campus
• Maintain locations and create new locations in the RTCIS system
• Design and print barcode labels
• Assist in the case, weights, and measures function
• Assist in zoning of new brand codes
• Assist in training employees
• Resolve basic computer issues and assist in troubleshooting
• Monitor system looking for new orders that need to be vetted/distributed to the DCFCs
• Communicate via email, Teams and/or phone advising of orders
• Make BOLs for urgent SEV1/SEV2 orders and send to DCFC
• Notify driver of urgent orders and report immediately to DCFC
• Follow up with DCFC to ensure orders are received, processed, and delivered on schedule
• Follow up with DCFC for PODs to re‑assign or close tickets
• Input new items into item master for BY
• Upload ASNs/Orders into BY
• Engage in additional work as it aligns with the scope of responsibilities

• Must be able to pass any federal, state, local government, airport, or company‑required background checks, clearances, and/or drug and alcohol tests.
• Good interpersonal skills required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Generally prefer 4-6 years of experience.
• Must be familiar with OSHA regulations, able to operate a variety of equipment such as a forklift and a computer, and have strong organizational, inventory, and accounting skills.
• Specialist level position.
• The individual in this position must be capable of performing all of the essential functions with or without a reasonable accommodation.

• Accountability: use skill to develop concepts, techniques, and complete tasks creatively and effectively.

Base pay range: $20 – $23 per hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on job‑related factors such as experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
