The AWS Cloud Logistics team is looking for a results-oriented Supply Chain Manager to lead warehouse and transportation operations at our Florence, KY hub. You will own the end-to-end flow of materials in and out of the facility - ensuring product moves on time to support manufacturing builds and data center deployments.

A critical component of this role is direct management of our 3PL partner, including performance accountability, KPI governance, and continuous improvement. You'll think strategically about how to optimize processes, reduce cost, and build a more resilient supply chain - while executing tactically to meet daily operational demands.

• Own warehouse and transportation operations, ensuring on-time material flow to manufacturing and data center sites
• Manage and hold accountable our 3PL vendor partner - driving KPI adherence, SLA performance, and operational excellence
• Identify and eliminate root causes of operational defects through data-driven problem solving
• Lead process improvement and standardization initiatives from concept through sustainable implementation
• Analyze complex data sets to generate actionable insights that inform strategic decisions
• Collaborate with and influence cross-functional teams and external partners to drive alignment and results

Have deep expertise in both warehouse and transportation operations - you understand the full supply chain, not just one piece

• Turn complex data into clear, actionable business recommendations
• Build advanced Excel models and compelling visualizations with confidence
• Use metrics to tell a story and drive accountability
• Bring proven experience managing 3PL vendors - including performance management, contract governance, and building productive partnerships
• Are a self-starter who takes ownership, makes decisions independently, and drives initiatives to completion without waiting to be told what's next
• Have a track record of leading continuous improvement projects that deliver measurable, sustainable results
• Thrive managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• Communicate clearly and effectively - whether presenting to leadership, influencing partners, or aligning a team around a plan

• This position is M-F working evening hours 2PM to 11PM EST

• Own and manage day-to-day warehouse and transportation operations, ensuring on-time material flow to support manufacturing builds and data center deployments
• Directly manage 3PL vendor performance - including KPI tracking, SLA adherence, contract governance, and accountability
• Develop and execute strategies to improve supply chain efficiency, reduce cost, and increase throughput
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities - translating findings into actionable plans
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives from problem identification through sustainable implementation
• Drive standardization of processes across warehouse and transportation functions
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipment scheduling to meet dynamic manufacturing and DC demand signals
• Collaborate cross-functionally with planning, procurement, manufacturing, and logistics partners to resolve constraints and align priorities
• Establish and maintain reporting mechanisms and dashboards to provide visibility into operational health
• Identify and escalation risks proactively - develop mitigation plans to prevent disruptions to material flow
• Manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and accuracy
