You will be responsible for the property's maintenance and routine processes to make it fully functional, enjoyable, and safe. Responsibilities:- Maintain all of the hotel's equipment and preventative maintenance plans
- Complete all work orders and fix maintenance problems promptly
- Follow all engineering safety rules and regulations
- Stay in constant contact with co‑workers, managers, and other departments
- React to emergencies that happen before, during, and after your regular work shifts
- Must have a high school diploma or the equivalent GED
- Stellar communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are needed
- Applicants must have 2-4 years of experience in maintenance
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record required
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed
Compensation: $16 - $17 per hour depending on Experience
