This retail Store Manager role will oversee the daily operations ensuring it runs smoothly and profitably. A Store Manager will motivate the sales team to achieve optimal results, create store sales strategies, and promote a positive culture through team activities, ongoing coaching, and development of the sales team.
This role has On-Target Earnings between $70k-$90k annually based on individual/store performance.

Full Time | Exempt | Salary + Bonus (Uncapped)
Essential responsibilities and duties:
- Oversee and direct the day-to-day operations of the assigned retail store
- Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives through training and mentoring of staff
- Create sales strategies, in collaboration with the District Manager, to achieve store goals, including individual sales goals
- Partner with Human Resources on hiring, training, and maintaining staffing levels for your store, including corrective action
- Partner with the Training Manager on ensuring all new hires are trained properly, including ongoing training for the sales team
- Prepare detailed reports as assigned, including processing of End of Day (EOD) reports and Month-End reports
- Undertake store administration duties (e.g., team tracking, customer follow-up, inventory levels)
- Address customer inquiries with expert product knowledge
- Politely and professionally resolve guest issues, in coordination with your sales team
- Other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma, or equivalent; seven to ten years of experience, or a combination of experience and education
- Experience leading a commissioned sales team
- Three + years of leadership/management experience leading/developing a team
- Weekend availability required
