Salary Range: $65,500 – $98,000 per year

The Warehouse Management Associate leads a team to meet facility goals in production, quality, and safety. The role drives staffing, scheduling, and operational excellence through data‑driven decisions and continuous improvement.

• Communicate goals, expectations, and updates verbally and in writing to customers, suppliers, associates, and leaders.
• Implement the area business plan, managing staffing, scheduling, and task allocation to meet production, quality, and safety targets.
• Monitor and analyze productivity reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are trained on policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Identify and resolve associate, customer, or supplier concerns through active listening, consultation, and corrective action.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders, providing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations.
• Build high‑performing teams that respect individual differences, foster belonging, and support continuous learning.
• Model integrity, ethics, and transparent decision‑making in all interactions.
• Serve customers and members by delivering results, adapting to their shopping behaviors, and applying business models like EDLP.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, adopt new technologies, and support others through change.

• Associate’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field and 1 year of supervisory experience
• or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field
• or 1 year of Walmart Logistics Management experience
• or 2 years of Walmart Logistics experience
• or 2 years of supervisory experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Walmart Logistics Systems
• Demonstrated experience supervising associates in a logistics environment
• Background in business or logistics education (Bachelor’s level)
