Purpose:
To provide s upervi sion, leader s hip, and program management to meet the needs of the r es e nts in Phase 2 components of Brighton Recovery Center for Women (BRC) as well as alumni. The Recovery Services S up e rvisor will be responsible for training a nd supe rvising Case Manager(s) as well as Peer Mentor s. The Recovery Services Supervisor will be cross-trained with the Intake Supervisor for s upport, coverage , and to share r espo nsibilities.
Additionally, the Recovery Services Supervisor will make s ure that effective service delivery i s provided while maintaining a focus on the agency's mission and core values.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prov ide oversight and daily progr a m ope rati ons to ensu r e quality service delivery. Ensure the stability and consistency of th e program model.
- Tr ain a nd supervise Peer Mentors and case manager(s)
- Facilitate c l asses and/o r groups. S upp ort the responsibilities of the direct rep ort staff and Peer Mentors when n ecessary.
- Conduct a nd utili ze appropriate assessmen t ski ll s and t ec hn iques.
- Ensu r e resident s urv eys and data are up to date.
- Track and monitor the progress of cus t omers.
- Ensure co ntr act compliance.
- Participate in emp l oyee a nd department meetings, training, Change T eam meetings, agency activities, and fundraising efforts t o develop their l eadership ski ll s
Requirements:
- High school diploma required.
- College experience and supervision experience preferred.
- Familiarity with various issues, including parenting, mental health, domestic violence, and chemical dependency treatment recovery preferred.
- Must complete Recovery Dynamics training and additional re-entry program training.
- Ability to work with persons in a manner that shows sensitivity to cultural diversity, sexual orientation, and racial/ethnic differences.
- If in recovery, must have maintained a minimum continuous sobriety of one year and work an active recovery program.

This is a full-time salary position: salary range $37,000 - $39,000.00
