** General Purpose Utility (GPU) Operator
** Pay: $20.60/hour
**** Shift/

Hours:

** 12-hour shifts / 2-2-3 schedule  6:45am – 7:15pm OR 6:45pm – 7:15amPosition typically begins on the night shift  Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays  Overtime is mandatory and a condition of employment
** What You Get
** Your base pay will be $20.60/hour with an additional $1.00/hour for night shift. You will earn 1.5x pay for all hours worked over 40 in a week.
** What You Will Do
** We are looking for a motivated individual to assist in production and maintenance tasks under the direction of experienced team members. This is a hands-on role where you will observe, learn, and perform various duties throughout the plant and grounds, often acting as a temporary relief worker in training.

Duties include:

* Assisting in production and maintenance work across all plant areas
* Operating or attending auxiliary production equipment such as brushing machines, die cast machines, dinking tools, and material regrind equipment
* Assisting in preparation and delivery of process supplies
* Learning and performing duties of a forklift operator as needed
* Supporting plant operations through various other assigned tasks and basic clerical work
** What We Look For
*** Must be able to work 12-hour shifts (day or night)
* Must be willing to work weekends and overtime
* Prior sit-down forklift experience preferred, but not required
* High school diploma or GED required
* Ability to work under close supervision and follow safety protocols
