Now hiring a Mill Helper for a manufacturing company in Perry for 1st shift, 6am – 4:30pm.
Monday – Thursday.
Also hiring for the weekend shift:
Friday - Sunday, 6am - 6pm.
Weekly pay at $18 per hour.
The Mill Helper supports daily operations in the manufacturing plant by assisting machine operators and production staff with the setup, maintenance, and operation of mill equipment.
Job Duties:- Assist machine operators in feeding, running, and monitoring manufacturing equipment.
- Load and unload raw materials and finished products.
- Perform basic quality inspections to ensure materials meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area; remove scrap and waste materials safely.
- Help with machine setup and changeovers between production runs.
- Communicate production issues or equipment malfunctions promptly to the supervisor.
- Support general plant maintenance and housekeeping tasks as assigned.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
- Must be able to stand, bend, move, and lift for the duration of the shift.
