+ Safely use hand and power tools for precise and efficient work

+ Lift and move materials (35-50 lbs.) regularly to keep the production floor humming

+ Read wiring diagrams and work instructions to complete tasks accurately

** What You'll Bring as a Electrical Assembler:*
* + Previous experience with electrical assembly, wire harnessing, and hand tools

+ Prior background in manufacturing or similar hands-on settings

+ Competence in reading schematics and following written instructions

+ Solid computer and math skills

+ Safety awareness and a collaborative spirit

+ High school diploma or GED and ability to obtain metal-free composite shoes by Day 1
