- Assemble and install electronic motherboards and build wire harnesses per schematics
- Safely use hand and power tools for precise and efficient work
- Label, organize, and inspect components, assemblies, and subassemblies for quality
- Lift and move materials (35–50 lbs.) regularly to keep the production floor humming
- Read wiring diagrams and work instructions to complete tasks accurately
- Previous experience with electrical assembly, wire harnessing, and hand tools
- Prior background in manufacturing or similar hands‑on settings
- Competence in reading schematics and following written instructions
- Solid computer and math skills
- Safety awareness and a collaborative spirit
- High school diploma or GED and ability to obtain metal‑free composite shoes by Day 1
