• Assemble and install electronic motherboards and build wire harnesses per schematics
• Safely use hand and power tools for precise and efficient work
• Label, organize, and inspect components, assemblies, and subassemblies for quality
• Lift and move materials (35–50 lbs.) regularly to keep the production floor humming
• Read wiring diagrams and work instructions to complete tasks accurately

• Previous experience with electrical assembly, wire harnessing, and hand tools
• Prior background in manufacturing or similar hands‑on settings
• Competence in reading schematics and following written instructions
• Solid computer and math skills
• Safety awareness and a collaborative spirit
• High school diploma or GED and ability to obtain metal‑free composite shoes by Day 1
